Here we list our rates for the different cabins we have. These rates may vary depending on the season, so it is always a good idea to confirm the rates when making reservations. We must charge Virginia Lodging Tax 5% and Damascus Town Tax 5% on all reservations.
Regular Season Prices March 1 thru November 1:
Weekends:
2 Person Cabin: $125.00 Per Night plus 10% Tax
4 Person Cabin: $150.00 Per Night plus 10% Tax
3 Nights or more: $115.00 Per Night plus 10% Tax
Sunday-Thursday Nights $115.00 Per Night plus 10% Tax
Weekly Rate 7 Nights $625.00 plus 10% Tax
Winter Season November 1 thru March 1:
Flat rate: $115.00 Per Night plus 10% Tax
2 night minimum required for this rate.
Weekly Winter Rate: 7 Nights $600.00 plus 10% Tax
(Excluding November 24th-26th, December 23rd-25th and December 31st-January 1st. Weekend rates apply.)
Bristol NASCAR Race Weekends:
Flat rate: $225.00 Per Night plus 10% Tax
3 night minimum required for this rate. For
2 night stay, must add $50.00 Fee Per Night plus 10% Tax.
Damascus Trail Days Festival:
3rd Week of May: 175.00 per night plus 10% Tax. 2 night minimum required.
